During this Summer/Fall 9-week class we will unlock the richness of the Dogmatic Constitutions of Vatican II.  We will show how the pivotal papal documents of St. John Paul II and Benedict XVI provided keys to understanding Vatican II. 

Using the book Reclaiming Vatican II: What it (Really)Said, What It Means, and How It Calls Us to Renew the Church (Fr. Blake Britton, published by Ave Maria Press), supplemented by To Sanctify the World: The Vital Legacy of Vatican II  (George Weigel) we will seek to understand the meaning behind Vatican II and set in contrast many misconceptions.
