Greetings! Here are two reminders for this weekend. 1)Wear red for Pentecost! -or yellow or orange! Also, a reminder that those who have been vaccinated for COVID have the choice to wear masks or not (after the 2 week grace period is over). 2)Those who are yet unvaccinated will need to remain masked in church. We have faith in the spirit of Christian charity and honesty and know that our unvaccinated parishioners will continue to wear masks which is the Bishop’s policy, to protect the children, the unvaccinated adults, and themselves from spreading COVID-19 and it’s short-term and long-term health effects. Wearing a mask does not communicate fear, it communicates a health concern for one’s self or others. He has asked us to be sure to communicate this message and to do our part to keep the unvaccinated as safe as we possibly can. The weekend of the May 30th, the pews will open up to full capacity. As the number of fully vaccinated parishioners increases, the Diocese will continue to revisit the COVID policy and we will, as always, communicate this with you. Thank you and enjoy the pleasant summery weekend!
