Hello, this is Cathy from the Parish Office. As many know, from time-to-time, some of our parishioners have been receiving text messages from scammers pretending to be Msgr. Lawrence, asking for gift cards. This is a nationwide phone scam. Is your cell phone registered on the do-not-call list? Please take a minute, call the FTC at 1-888-382-1222 (or use the link below) and place your number on the do-not-call list which prevents scammers from contacting you. If after registering, you still receive a bogus text or call, such as many of our parishioners have received, then you can report the source phone number and the FTC can track the caller down and fine them.
